BIOGRAPHY

Passion, determination, and drive are just a few words that come to mind when thinking about Cynthia Divinity. A successful entrepreneur that is impacting lives on a daily basis through her for profit and non-profit entities. With over two decades of serving her community, first as a law enforcement officer, then as a community advocate through her company Divine Employment Services.

After leaving law enforcement in 2018, Cynthia took a leap of faith and started her company. After five short years Divine Employment Services is one of the top service providers for individuals with intellectual disabilities.

Cynthia’s passion for youth, especially young girls, moved her to start The Dream Again Foundation. A program that is geared toward supporting youth ages 18-24, who have aged out of receiving support from the foster care system.

Not one to rest on her laurels, Cynthia founded Beautifully “BU” Unveiled and The Women's Empowerment Group aimed to empower and assist women of all ages to thrive personally and professionally regardless of their walks of life. Cynthia finds an immense amount of pride and gratification in utilizing her expertise and skills to empower and support others.  

 

PHILOSOPHY

I believe it’s the work of all of humanity to bring the world together and make it a better place. I’m dedicated to and compassionate about being a humble humanitarian. Growing up I experienced a very humble beginning which awakened my desire to make change, directed my passion, and assigned me my lifelong purpose to help others.

God has assigned us all a purpose. I believe mine is designed by his will to help others, particularly assisting females in navigating towards their greatness. I’m passionate about mission driven organizations especially those with a focus on empowering, self-advocacy, self-awareness, and education. I’m a believer that it takes one to teach one to assist in making the world a better place.

It’s my mission to help create a world where women are allowed to be who they desire, and no judgment is passed, were little girls dreams of being the president are attainable in any country, where being a stay home mom or an entrepreneur are considered equal, where moms are encouraged to self-care guilt free, where women thrive in a corporate setting because they are recognized as being equal. A world where there’s real equality and humanity realizes we’re greater together!
